Quick Reaction Physical Response in Accordance with SIA

Since the introduction of the Corporate Manslaughter Act in 2007, an increasing number of businesses are removing the risk of sending their lone working staff to alarm activations. Often our SLA is to deploy SIA trained response officers to confirmed alarm activations.

We aim to provide a fast response to alarm activations, using our network of fully trained SIA response officers. Once on site, our officers have the experience to deal with any situation and a report of the response and any incident is sent upon completion.

Our mobile patrol vehicles provide a high visibility deterrent through scheduled and random patrols.

GSG works with our clients to understand the risks at each site and agree on internal or external patrols routes, fitting tags at agreed points which are scanned by our patrol officers to provide site specific patrol reports. These reports are used to highlight any security or health and safety risks, or to ensure additional focus is given to key areas.

All our SIA trained patrol officers are screened and vetted to BS 7858:2012. For extra resilience, our national network of pre-vetted, approved sub-contracting partners help us to deliver a localised service throughout the UK.
